If you're looking for any helpful hints on good gluten free products, I highly recommend anything that Udi's makes. I buy their bread on a weekly basis and sometimes splurge on the blueberry muffins. Udi's is a newer brand in the g-free world but has really stepped up their game to make quality products that are available at almost any large retail grocer. There's also a great page on their website that's called Off to College and provides some resources for upcoming college students that are g-free.
